Senior property consultant

Full-time - Onsite - New Cairo

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding your customer's needs.
  • Arrange Meeting appointments to meet new and existing customers.
  • Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them.
  • Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
  • Carry out all the required functions assigned by the direct manager.


Qualifications:

  • Consulting, Sales, and Real Estate skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving
  • skillsAbility to work well in a team and independently
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a MUST.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field


Work Conditions:

Working hours: from 10 AM: 6 PM

Day off: Friday
