Senior property consultant
Full-time - Onsite - New Cairo
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding your customer's needs.
- Arrange Meeting appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them.
- Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Carry out all the required functions assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications:
- Consulting, Sales, and Real Estate skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving
- skillsAbility to work well in a team and independently
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a MUST.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
Work Conditions:
Working hours: from 10 AM: 6 PM
Day off: Friday
